Actually, you hit a corner case due to the name difference between the
libssl3 flashplugin is looking for and the one that is already loaded by
iceweasel (it loaded the one before the libnss3 upgrade).

Did that just trash your browser or did the flashplugin only fail to
load, leaving iceweasel working ?
