Bug#593742: iceweasel: caps lock toggls bookmarks sidebar

(retrying this bug report due to setup problem)

In testing, caps lock toggles the bookmarks bar. View->Sidebar->Bookmarks
shows ctrl-b as the shortcut, which also works. I created a new user and it
had the same problem.
