Translations of Iceweasel Debian's start page in upgrades

Hi,

I just upgraded my Iceweasel version in sid and was presented with
http://mozilla.debian.net/es-ES/iceweasel/3.5.11/whatsnew/ when I started
it.

I was wondering whether there is an ongoing translation of that page into
spanish. It would be nice if that page/server:

- used content negotiation, as it is currently used at the web site
- has its contents under a common SVN repository (at Alioth?) so translators
  can easy access it and manage the translations
- translates the file through po4a to ease the translation process as well as
  future updates

Could you please let us know what is the current mechanism for updating the
translations of that page?
