When reporting (wishlist) bug reports, please follow the instructions
from http://www.debian.org/Bugs/Reporting. The recommended method is to
use the reportbug tool.
Anyways. I guess you are using Iceweasel 3.0, as the behaviour I am
seeing in Iceweasel 3.5 is that it opens a popup to edit the existing
bookmark.
