Iceweasel : page annoucing the updated release

Hi,

I just translated in French the Iceweasel update notification page. I 
send it to you with the original page in English.

By the way, I would like to help to translate some documentation in French.

I have already translated several man pages and wiki pages of various 
applications, most recently these of awesome window manager. But I never 
translated other types of documentation (application itself, etc.), and 
I would like to try it. In that case, could you give me some information 
about the way to follow ?
