Bug#541658: network-dependant

Now I see that the http://research.microsoft.com/en-us/people/thoare/  indeed do open only in particular networks under firefox.
I was confused and reported that I can't reproduce the bug (which is true for some networks). 
In some other networks, firefox won't open the page, but other browsers will. As soon as I investigate the differences on the network level, I'll report here.
