Bug#571070: iceweasel: no ProfileManager if already running

When there is already an active Session, starting

$ iceweasel -ProfileManager

results in opening a new Window with the already active Profile,
ProfileManager is not shown then. When iceweasel is not already running,
it behaves as expected
