Bug#564913: -no-remote doesn't work: "Iceweasel is already running, but is not responding"

-no-remote option doesn't work.

When I try to open a second instance (not window) of iceweasel from
console with -no-remote option, it will say "Iceweasel is already
running, but is not responding. To open a new window, you must first
close the existing Iceweasel process, or restart your system.", and
will exit. Steps to reproduce:

1) from one console run

iceweasel -url yandex.ru

it will work as expected.

2) from another console run

iceweasel -no-remote -url 127.0.0.1

it will show an error message and exit.
