Bug#565574: iceweasel: Corrupt application colors under 8bit xserver & KDE

I've spent some time poking at this and believe that this bug does not lie
within iceweasel.  I am beginning to suspect that it lies with an
interaction between libglib2.0-0 and/or libgtk2.0-0 and the libqt3-mt
package.

I conducted further testing using the TWM window manager.  I found that if
I run iceweasel alone, it operates properly.  If I open any one of the
following applications, konsole, kate, kontact, kolf, mysql-navigator, or
qt3-assistant and then open any one of iceweasel, gimp, or dia, the latter
application will not display correctly.  If I open any of the latter
applications without opening any of the former, the latter application
will display correctly.

The applications konsole, kate, kontact, kolf, mysql-navigator and
qt3-assistant all depend upon either the libqt3-mt package, or the
kdelibs4c2a package which depends upon the libqt3-mt package.  I seem to
have problems only when I run an application that depends upon libqt3-mt.

The applications iceweasel, gimp, and dia have the following common
dependencies: libc6, libglib2.0-0, and libgtk2.0-0.

I scanned the bugs for libqt3-mt, libglib2.0-0, and libgtk2.0-0 and did
not see anything related to this problem.
