Letting galeon die (?)

IIRC Fabio got or was getting access to the upstream project for the
purpose of keeping it around.

I personally still use it and will do so until I find time to evaluate
the alternatives and migrate to them.

I definitely don't have the time to do anything more than sponsor
Fabio's uploads and fix the occasional lintian complaint.

I do think it is a good idea to remove galeon from Debian and close down
the upstream development.
