Hi!

debian/extra-stuff/filemonitor fails to compile with older versions of
libglib2.0-0 (at least lenny's 2.16.6-3 isn't good enough).

So please add a build-depends on libglib2.0-0-dev (>= 2.18.0).

PS: Please note, that I only tested it with 2.22.4-1.
