Bug#574160: iceweasel: unspecific message prompt "removed by the system. It is strongly recommended to restart"

Version: 3.5.8-1

Just got the following:
"
Iceweasel, an extension or a plugin has been  installed, upgraded or
removed by the system.
It is strongly recommended to restart. Do you want to restart now ?
"

This message is dearly missing
"strongly recommended to restart... THE BROWSER"

Especially since it's talking about "by the system" right before that.

Pretty confusing for a newbie who doesn't know that an entire system or session restart
(and accompanying loss of session data!) is something not usually enforced in most cases.

Not sure whether this message is Iceweasel-only or upstream (internet
search didn't turn up anything).
