It would be useful to be able to change the letter case of selected text from
within the iceape-composer editor.

I suggest some new menu options as follows:

Format, Text Style, Change Lettercase, Lowercase
Format, Text Style, Change Lettercase, Uppercase
Format, Text Style, Change Lettercase, Sentencecase
