Bug#604425: 'clear the cache now' doesn't

Start firefox, then in Preferences click 'clear the cache now', then
quit firefox. The cache is not cleared:

$ find .mozilla/  |grep CAC|xargs du
4100    .mozilla/firefox/exlu9yyl.default/Cache/_CACHE_003_
4100    .mozilla/firefox/exlu9yyl.default/Cache/_CACHE_001_
4100    .mozilla/firefox/exlu9yyl.default/Cache/_CACHE_002_

Also I had it set to 5MB too. Looks more like it is taking 12MB.
