Bug#600149: iceweasel: incorrectly copies location bar content

Hi. According to RFC, URL must be escaped before communicating with server.
I don't see any reason why iceweasel copies escaped URL. It's application
duty to escape URL before connecting to a server, so there is no need to
escape something. If some application cannot use unescaped URLs, it's a bug.
