Bug#502097: doubled cookies setting

Severity: normal
The configuration settings about cookies are doubled, i.e., there's
two locations to set, if you want to keep settings, which are saved
(as it seems) independently, but have equal consequences. This is
confusing:
Go to Preferences -> Privacy.
First:
I can set: Accept cookies from sites, Keep until 'they expire'.
Second:
Clear History when Iceweasel closes ->
Settings for Clearing History ->
(When I quit Iceweasel, it should automatically clear all:)
[x] (clear) Cookies.
So. What happens now? Are the cookies cleared? Are they kept?
This should be tidied up.
