Bug#598244: iceweasel: Questionable locale preference in firefox.js

I'm an Ubuntu user, who is trying to improve Ubuntu's behavior with respect to localization. Attached please find a file that is located in the /etc/firefox/pref directory.

As you can see at https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/firefox/+bug/550222/comments/14 I claim that letting the LANG env. variable determine the displayed language is a bug, which is why I now call your attention to it.
