If a somehow our window ends up without any of its "bars", like,

then no amount of right or left mouse clicking will give a menu item to
restore them. Indeed, all we have available is the usual right menu list
which does not include the choice to restore the "File Edit View... "
bar.

All we can do is close all the windows and start a new iceweasel.
