libnotify4 transition

Hi all,
       I have been trying to figure out what's been holding the rest
of GNOME 3 to come to sid/unstable. Apparently there are a few
xulrunner packages which are stopping the libnotify4 transition from
being completed . They are :-

a.iceweasel (6.0-2)
b.icedove (3.1.12-1)
c.Instantbird (1:0.2.-1)

I looked up the whole pkg-mozilla-maintainers at lists.alioth.debian.org
archives and the closest I could find is
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=637195 for iceweasel
but do not see any tracking bugs for the same in iceweasel . Nothing
at http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/pkgreport.cgi?pkg=iceweasel;dist=unstable


Could someone perhaps look over this and let me know if I'm missing
something (maybe something is in works which I'm not aware of).

Looking forward for info. Just a debian user.
