IceWeasel v3.6.24 package question and the latest IceApe (aka SeaMonkey)?

Dear Sir or Madam:

I have two questions:

1. Will http://mozilla.debian.net/ ever have the latest IceApe versions for 
Debian stable? 

2. Is your iceweasel Debian package from "deb http://mozilla.debian.net/ 
squeeze-backports iceweasel-3.6" 32-bit or 64-bit in 64-bit Debian 
stable system? How can one tell and use 32-bit/64-bit package?
