Sorry, that's not correct. The bug reporter wrote:

At least for me "nothing happens" means that iceweasel shows a very 
unappropriate behaviour:

- "open" doesn't open the downloaded file with an appropriate application
   (e.g. jpg with a graphic app) but it asks me to choose an application
   from my home(!) directory

- the same with "open destination folder": that doesn't open dolphin (or
   another file manager) but again asks me to choose an application
   from my home(!) directory
