Erf, actually, the "problematic" clause reads, in the source:
" * 3. ***REMOVED*** - see 
  *    ftp://ftp.cs.berkeley.edu/pub/4bsd/README.Impt.License.Change"

So indeed, this is a simple matter of an outdated copyright file.

It would have helped if you had said so, instead of complaining about
license compatibility, which i still maintain is not a problem.
