Bug#630120: iceweasel: bookmark management with drag and drop fails

Bookmarks can be managed with the mouse using drag and drop. This works right after restart,
e.g. in the bookmarks toolbar, but not after having clicked on a folder in the bookmarks bar. 
Once done so, the management stops working; this applies to the bookmarks bar and the full
bookmark manager, too.
