Bug#631387: don't make us copy the URL to a new window

Also when a prisoner in one of those crap diet windows with no toolbars,
one cannot even use good old CTRL-t to create another tab.

Well of course, it can't have tabs.

Well what was that command to create another window... can't find the
keystrok because the menu is inaccessible. OK CTRL-n.

OK we copy the URL from the crippled window into our new window, and hit
RET, and voila, that will at least give us back our toolbar.

So why not give us a way to do the above without all that hassle?

And also we still need a way to restore the scrollbar.
