Bug#616353: iceweasel: Current tab not highlighted correctly

Two more pieces of information:

I installed it on two other Debian unstable PCs, one 32-bit and one
64-bit. The tabs were shaded correctly on both of them.

I set up a new user on the PC with the problem, and that drew the tabs
incorrectly (white background). So it does seem to be something wrong
with the system, not with my profile etc.

I've purged it and checked that /usr/lib/mozilla is empty except for
plugins and that there are no stray mozilla/firefox/iceweasel
directories in /usr/lib etc but the problem persisted when I reinstalled
it :-(.
