Looks like an old flash player from Adobe. Please try upgrading it.
Anyways, this is not a bug in Iceweasel. Arguably, plugins shouldn't
mess Iceweasel, but that's another reported bug that was fixed in 3.6.4.
(3.6.x packages are available on http://mozilla.debian.net/, FWIW)
