It would be great if middle clicking on
<a href="javascript:popWin('/products/pdf/check-card-agreement.pdf',617,380,80,80);">Fidelity Check Card Agreement</a></li>
Wouldn't produce an empty window browsing the so called
javascript:popWin('/products/pdf/check-card-agreement.pdf',617,380,80,80);
file.

Anything but that.

By the way, assume it is html not pdf for this example.
