Bug#619509: iceweasel: After allowing cookies preferences can no longer be set to reject cookies

So, to summarize, as long as the set of checkboxes you chose matches the
default behaviour for "Remember history", then it switches back to
"Remember history" when you come back to the pref box.

This is indeed an upstream "issue", but I'm not sure this would qualify
as an issue... Please feel free to send a report to
bugzilla.mozilla.org, and give the bug number here.
