Bug#554538: little patch for iceweasel icon

I've done little changes on the iceweasel icon found in
/usr/share/icons/hicolor/scalable/apps/icewaesel.svg in order to
reduce the similarities between the emacs and iceweasel icons.
- the globe is more blue than violet (see iceweasel_more_blue.svg)
- the tail is reversed to be less similar to the lower bar of the E

I send a diff between the original file and the more_blue.svg version
too because I done it with a text editor so it's really tiny.
I don't send a diff between more_blue.svg and tail_reversed.svg
because I done with Inkscape so I think the diff is unusable.
