I have the same error message with one before that:

Error in initNotaries: ReferenceError: getBrowser is not defined

This one seems to be related to xul-ext-perspectives. However once removed, iceweasel still does not start.

I now have another error message:

Unexpected error updating default notary_list from web: [Exception... When I click on it, I have the previous message about initNotaries (to sum up, removing xul-ext-perspectives add
a new layer of error)
