iceweasel & extensions

Hi all,

It would be great if in future, iceweasel would declare Breaks on any
extensions which are incompatible with the new version of iceweasel.
Alternatively maybe it should have Provides: xul-ext-api-X.Y and the
plugins should all depend on the versions of the API that they support.
I imagine both of these would be easy to do automatically.
