Both should be fixed in next upload due in a few. In the meanwhile, you
can use the attached "hotfix". The hotfix should restore search plugins
order and keywords, but it won't restore removals. The fix, however,
will keep removals when upgrading from a version that wasn't affected
(that is, before bug 632698 was fixed).
