Since a recent update of wheezy, iceweasel fails to start on a wheezy i386 box 
here (it seems fine on a couple of amd64 wheezy boxes, fwiw) 
 

[ 6 lazarus  ~ ]  iceweasel -safe-mode
XPCOMGlueLoad error for file /usr/lib/xulrunner-10.0/libxpcom.so:
libxul.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
Couldn't load XPCOM.

Running under LD_DEBUG=libs yields the additional information

/usr/lib/iceweasel/firefox-bin: error: symbol lookup error: undefined symbol: NS_GetFrozenFunctions (fatal)
