Dear Maintainer,

I can also confirm this bug. It happens for various websites, like a bank ing.nl,
the university rug.nl, news site nos.nl, google.com/policies , although it 
seems to appear randomly. In safe mode, the problem is the same. It seems that 
all these sites have some javascript running, and I also got a "this script 
takes too much time, do you want it to stop" question for the ing.nl website today.

By the way, network.dns.disableIPv6 = true was already set on my pc, apparently.
My sessionstore.js is 85k big.

The problem started after Christmas holidays, which perhaps might lead you 
to a version number when it started (I'm using testing)?
