Bug#665817: Workaround for missing search plugins

I had the same problem as mentioned above (wheezy) and only : duckduckgo
and debsearch available.
After :
pablo at debian:~$ cd /usr/lib/iceweasel/distribution/searchplugins/locale/
pablo at debian:/usr/lib/iceweasel/distribution/searchplugins/locale$ ls
en-GB  en-US  pl
pablo at debian:/usr/lib/iceweasel/distribution/searchplugins/locale$ sudo
ln -s pl ./pl-PL
pablo at debian:/usr/lib/iceweasel/distribution/searchplugins/locale$
ls /usr/lib/iceweasel/distribution/searchplugins/locale/
en-GB  en-US  pl  pl-PL

all is proper again.
Locale set for pl in iceweasel before, no change after just iceweasel
restart and all search plugins are available again.
