I'm experiencing the same issue with the backported 10.0.3esr
iceweasel package on Squeeze. However, I have all the "right" settings
and it still doesn't work:

NO iceweasel-l10n-* packages installed
general.useragent.locale -> en-US (default)
intl.locale.matchOS -> true (default)
