The underlying problem was probably fixed by [1].  Thanks to rsleevi
for pointing it out[2].

Actually, I don't think chromium in sid has that fix, and it still
seems to be able to load libnss just fine.  Maybe there was some
other fix.  Will build and experiment a little.
