Bug#692079: iceweasel: Often asks whether to keep extensions

It is now true indeed. But this is not the first time I see the dialog
with this account.

I think the default should be to not show any dialog. People are used to
click through dialogs anyway without even reading them. Since it can be
autodetected whether an extension should be kept, the selection should
be done automatically. This deserves a notification if some extensions
are removed, and nothing if all extensions are kept.
