Iceweasel cannot connect to certain website

Hi,

I am using Iceweasel version 16.0.2 (from mozilla.debian.net) on Debian
squeeze.  I cannot connect to some websites, for example:

https://servicing.capitalone.com/c1/login.aspx

It says something like "Connecting....." forever, and nothing shows up.

I can access the same website using Firefox 16.0.2 on Ubuntu, Firefox
16.0.2 on Mac, and using google Chrome on Debian squeeze, Ubuntu and Mac.
