Very likely with wheezy-backports after the release of Wheezy.

Currently you can get Firefox 17 already from Debian Experimental and
the packages from there should currently be installable on Wheezy,
too. See http://mozilla.debian.net/ for details.

Pure Wheezy will contain 10 ESR. See
http://lists.debian.org/debian-release/2012/10/msg00589.html for the
reasoning.
