Bug#688760: iceweasel: please enable upstream crash reporting

hi,

i think it would be good to enable upstream crash reporting in the
iceweasel build, because even though it is not offically branded, there
is quite a userbase with the same builds so that reports and also
importing the symbols for this build could be usefull for all parties
involved.
