I disagree. It's Firefox bad use of Javascript (or perhaps something
else) that causes the problem. According to upstream, it's a layout
problem.

BTW, it's up to the clients to protect the user's resources when they
get "bad data". This is called security (causing battery drain is some
form of DoS). Having high CPU usage for a long time is not a normal
use of Javascript, and the user agent must have a way to detect that.
