PS: Building Icedove from git

I suspect those dependencies are needed to run and/or to build Icedove
on x86_64, aka amd64 architecture [1]/ this is what I've got installed

[2] Package names differ for Arch Linux and the packages aren't that
    spilt as they are for Debian, there are e.g. no separated dev
    packages.
[?] I still check out what is needed, I even have to verify the other
    packages, that aren't marked with "[?]".
