Dear Maintainer,
Iceweasel will display on my X console, but when I move or re-size the window, it collapses to a zero size.  At that point
it will only display in full screen mode.

This does not appear to happen on the local console of the Debian PC.

This seems similar to bug 711846.

Testing and experimental release exhibit this issue.  Stable works as expected.

Xserver: cygwin with multiple monitors.
