Bug#720909: reset does not work

The reset button does not do anything.

The message just sits there.

Also it does not list anything after the colon.

Also there is no reset button in the place mentioned on
https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/reset-firefox-easily-fix-most-problems

The only way to get there is via -safe-mode.
