nss build-dep on libsqlite3 in mozilla.debian.net's squeeze-backports

hi mozilla debian folks--

i notice that the version of libnss for squeeze-backports served from
http://mozilla.debian.net/ has a build-dependency on libsqlite3-dev (>=
3.7.15) but that version is not available in any of squeeze,
backports.org's squeeze-backports, or mozilla.debian.net's
squeeze-backports.

This makes it difficult to rebuild nss within the same distro.
debian/changelog doesn't explain much about why the newer libsqlite3-dev
is needed for the build. Can this be dropped back to a lower version?
or is the newer version of libsqlite3-dev expected to drop into
squeeze-backports at some point?

Or should this get resolved some other way that i'm not thinking of
right now?

Thanks for the ongoing maintenance of the squeeze-backports branch of
iceweasel on mozilla.debian.net!
