That doesn't tell much. As a matter of fact, your url works for me with
iceweasel 22 from experimental. If Chromium and Iceweasel don't use the
same source for video, it's possible it works in one and not the other
(like one using a library and the other using a different one, etc.)

But that could also be a config problem on your end. Can you try with a
fresh profile or after resetting your profile (from Help >
Troubleshooting information)
