Bug#707187: iceweasel: incorrect rendering at the bottom of a page

I forgot to add some screenshots to show the problem, now attached.
The black background (which is also incorrect) can be seen on the
2nd one.

It seems that Iceweasel forgets to render the background or
something like that.
