Question about build-configuration

Hi there,


could you please tell me whether you use any special build options
in your Firefox backports? Special patches? .mozconfig? I'm asking
because I started compiling my own on x86_64 Squeeze a while ago
due to the "stable" Iceweasel being very unstable and even of the
self-compiled ones some are very unstable (e.g. 15 would crash as
soon as I entered anything in Google, 20 segfaults at startup 3
out of 4 times), others are fine (14, 18). Could the still installed
stable Iceweasel cause the problems (self-compiled goes to
/opt/firefox)? Other big apps run without problems, the machine has
uptimes of weeks without any issues whatsoever, only Firefox is
giving me headaches and I'd really like to understand the problem. So
I'd appreciate some pointers in the right direction very much.
