missing tags for nss in git://git.debian.org/git/pkg-mozilla/nss.git

hi Mike and other debian mozilla folks--

it looks like the 3.15.3 tags are missing from the NSS packaging git
repo at git://git.debian.org/git/pkg-mozilla/nss.git.

this is probably due to the alioth outage, of course.  but now that
alioth is back, could someone push the git tags for nss?
